As part of Ubisoft Berlin, I pitched and organized a 45 person game jam. I was leading a team of 6 people across Ubisoft Blue Byte during 6 months.
Our Game Jam project is focusing on alternatives to commonly used game design techniques. The first edition in May 2019 was tackling this task: Design a game without relying on confrontation as a core game mechanism.
